Since its founding in 1998, HAMBURG international has utilised medium-range jets of type Boeing 737-700 Next Generation. The aircraft transport up to 148 passengers over 6,110 km non-stop. The modern CFM 56 engines ensure particularly low noise emissions both in the passenger cabin and outside of the aircraft. In addition, the low CO2 emissions of the aircraft type guarantee minimal impact on the environment. The proper condition of the fleet is regularly inspected by the experienced specialists of Lufthansa Technik AG.

Starting in 2008, the Boeing fleet of HAMBURG international was gradually expanded and replaced by factory-new Airbus aircraft of type A319. The modern Airbus A319 is characterised by even greater passenger comfort and guarantees customer satisfaction with its safety and reliability. With a range of up to 6,800 kilometres and a capacity of up to 150 seats, this aircraft type offers an impressive range of diverse usage possibilities. Lufthansa Technik will again be responsible for the equipping and servicing of the new Airbus fleet.
